Sadr Al-Madina Store adopts the exchange and return policy in accordance with the laws and regulations set by the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which are as follows: - Not providing the seller with a warranty document if announced. (Not providing the buyer with a warranty document despite the item being under warranty and announced). - In case the commercial data does not match the truth, where there is a discrepancy between the characteristics mentioned for the product before purchase, and the product is not suitable for what was requested or announced. - If the product or goods contain a counterfeit brand that misleads regarding the source of those products. - If there is manipulation of the quantity of products or their size or both, or their capacity or weight or source. - If the product is damaged or there is an error in packaging, the customer has the right to return the full amount. Please note that Sadr Al-Madina Store sets a period of 5 days for exchange and 3 days for return, and the consumer is not entitled to benefit from the exchange and return policy after the specified period according to the Law of Commerce and Investment, which states: - Exchange or return of goods within the specified period by the store and commercial establishments (the product, importer, distributor, and seller), starting from the date of receipt of the goods. - Exchange or return of goods purchased during commercial discount periods if the store has a policy allowing that. The following conditions apply for exchange and return: - The item must be in its original condition as received and not damaged. - The item must match exactly the item sold and not be tampered with or altered. - Bring the purchase invoice. The customer bears the cost of returning products through a shipping company agreed upon by both parties. If the order is canceled after being shipped with the shipping company, the customer bears the shipping costs in addition to any return fees (if applicable). Electronic payment fees may be deducted upon order cancellation. If any of the above conditions are not met, the store has the right to refuse or deduct.
